Symonds & Sampson are one of the leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors providing advice to private individuals, corporate bodies and charities in the South of England. The firm has grown substantially in recent years with over 130 staff in 12 offices covering the country. A longstanding client that we have continued to support since 2005.

Symonds & Sampson came to Third Dimension asking that we build a new responsive website capable of showing off the vast range of services they offer, integrating as much data as possible with their property management tool Reapit.
The current site was looking a little outdated, and it was time to match the website to the success of the company. The vision? A smooth, intuitive platform which was easy to use, whilst still showing off the brand and the people behind the company.
Built from the ground up, with mobile in mind. We built a flexible site, easy to navigate, a site that responds and reacts to web visitor needs. We made sure that there was plenty of space for events and news, a blog to maximise content marketing opportunities and super easy login for customers.
Property Integration
As part of the responsive redesign we were commissioned by Symonds & Sampson to integrate with Reapit, their in-house property management tool, to allow data to be centralised and kept up to date on both sides.
Our goal for this project was to where possible use Reapit to control data and use the webservice to retrieve data to reduce the amount of duplicate administration by Symonds & Sampson to present information on the website.
A key requirement was to make sure the website automatically updates to reflect the current portfolio when users are searching and viewing properties.
It was also paramount when an account was created through the website, the contact details and property search criteria was synched back to Reapit. This allowed Symonds & Sampson to act fast to support applicants and leads.
